Plain answers to what we collect, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed. Last updated October 24, 2026.
The kitten application asks for your name, email, phone, city and state, and your answers about your home, your household, your other pets, your veterinarian, the care commitments, and the kitten you are hoping for. The home page signup collects only your email. The reserve form collects your name, email, which deposit you are asking about, and the kitten's name if you have chosen one.
The application uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile may process your IP address and browser details for that purpose; we do not see those details.
We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising. We will email you only about your application, your kitten, and the occasional litter update if you asked for one.
If you bring a kitten home, we keep your application and contract for as long as our health guarantee lasts, which is twelve years, because the guarantee depends on it. If you do not, we keep your application for two years in case a kitten becomes available for you, then delete it.
Email amber@saharasavannahs.com from the address on your application and ask. We will send you a copy of what we hold, or delete it, within 30 days. If you have a kitten from us, we keep what the guarantee requires and tell you what that is.
